In Animals First and Foremost I have been able to incorporate my work with Canine Remedial Therapy, Reiki and in Zoopharmacognosy I have found what I have been searching for – a natural way working together with the animals’ own innate intelligence to show us how to help them.

Throughout childhood and beyond the numerous dogs, bunnies, cats, and a chestnut mare! have given me more joy and heartache than anything else.

Like every animal lover I want the best for my animals and in order to understand how best to help the animals I turned to holistic therapies. I felt that the emotional and spiritual needs of animals are often misunderstood by the more traditional medicinal approaches that concentrate on a ‘quick fix’ of the symptoms not having the time or understanding necessary to offer a more complete picture of what is going on with the animal.

By studying Zoopharmacognosy with the leading pioneer, Caroline Ingraham I have the most up to date information available. Caroline is constantly seeking to expand her knowledge from the animals and from eminent biologists as to just how the oils work pharmacologically and pharmacodynamically within the animals body. I have been privileged enough to experience working in rescue centres including Battersea Dog and Cats Home, the Cats Protection League and with horses.

It really is an exciting time and you can be a part of it!
